Review analysis
Your customer reviews already tell you what to fix. Review analysis takes every review from your storefront (plus any imported from Google / Foodpanda) and clusters them into themes — “cold by delivery time”, “chicken biryani spicy enough”, “kiosk too slow at peak” — with a weekly trend line for each theme.
How it works
Weekly batch: the platform pulls every new review from the prior 7 days, runs them through an LLM cluster + sentiment pass, and updates the themes dashboard. Each theme shows:
- Sentiment trend (positive / neutral / negative ratio over time)
- Top 5 representative quotes
- A suggested action (“review delivery packaging insulation for orders
40min away from branch”)
Why it matters
Most owners read individual reviews and react to whichever was most recent. Reviews surface real problems — the trick is seeing the pattern, not the latest complaint.
Cost
~PKR 30/week per 100 reviews. The weekly cadence keeps the cost bounded — running this in real-time per review would 50× the spend without changing what you’d do about it.
Limitations
- Reviews need to be ≥10 characters to be included (filters out bare 5-star ratings with no text).
- Multi-tenant data is never mixed — your themes are derived from your reviews only.
- Imported reviews from Foodpanda/Google require manual one-time CSV upload (we don’t scrape).
