KhaoNow exists because restaurant owners in Karachi shouldn't have to choose between a Foodpanda commission that eats their margin and a Lahore-based agency quoting PKR 8 lakhs for a custom build.

We built it AI-first because that's the right way to build it now — not because "AI" is a sticker we can put on the front page. The first AI feature (smart cart upsell) shipped with the cart, not as a Phase 2 upgrade. Every AI feature has a per-tenant daily cost ceiling so a runaway prompt can't bankrupt anyone.

Built cheap because cheap is a feature for our customers, not a cost-cut. Serverless on Google Cloud Run means an empty hour costs us PKR 0. Cloudflare for the edge means SSL, DDoS protection, and global routing for free. We pass that down.

What we're not

• Not Foodpanda. We don't take a cut of your orders. We charge for the platform.
• Not an agency. You're not paying us to build you a one-off site that's stuck in 2023. You're paying for a platform that updates weekly.
• Not a marketplace. Your customers land on your branded URL, not ours.
