Multi-branch

A single storefront, multiple physical branches. The platform picks the right branch for each order automatically.

Branch picker

When a customer enters a delivery address, the platform:

  1. Looks at every active branch in the tenant.
  2. Computes geographic distance from each branch.
  3. Picks the nearest branch within the tenant’s delivery radius.
  4. Falls back to “no branch serves this area — please pick up or dine-in instead” if no branch is in range.

For pickup + dine-in, the customer picks the branch themselves from a list.

Per-branch settings

  • Address, phone, opening hours
  • Independent KDS
  • Branch-scoped driver pool
  • Branch-scoped order assignment
  • Per-branch kiosk pairing

Single-menu, optional per-branch overrides

The menu is tenant-scoped (one menu across all branches). Coming soon: per-branch availability toggles so you can mark “Loaded Fries is out at Clifton” without affecting DHA.
