Loyalty + redemption

Built-in loyalty program with a few sane defaults and a lot of knobs for tenants who want to tune.

How it works

• Customer earns points on every completed order. Default: 1 point per PKR 10 spent (configurable per tenant).
• Customer redeems at checkout via a slider. Default: 100 points = PKR 100 off (configurable rate, configurable minimum redemption, configurable max-percent-of-order cap).
• Points are non-stackable with promos by default — tenants can opt in to stacking.

Knobs

• Earn rate — PKR per point earned
• Redemption rate — PKR per 100 points redeemed
• Minimum redemption — floor on a single redemption (e.g. 200 pts)
• Max-redeem percentage — cap as % of post-coupon subtotal
• Stack with promos — boolean
• Master toggle — hide the entire loyalty UI without losing balances

What customers see

A points balance on their account page, a “use points” slider on the cart, and an “earned X points” line on the order confirmation. Clean, unobtrusive, never blocking.
