Landing personalization
The first thing a returning customer sees should be the thing they’re most likely to order. Landing personalization rebuilds your storefront hero + featured-items strip per customer based on their order history.
How it works
When a logged-in customer hits your storefront, the platform looks at:
- Their last 5 orders (recency-weighted)
- Time of day + day of week
- Whether they tend to order delivery, pickup, or dine-in
- Their average ticket size
And renders a hero call-out + featured items strip ranked specifically for them. Guest visitors still get a sensible default (your best- selling items in their picked branch).
Why it lifts conversion
Reduces “scroll fatigue” — a customer with a clear pattern (always orders biryani Friday lunch) sees biryani first, not the whole menu. Pilot tenants saw a 6–11% lift in re-order rate within 4 weeks.
A/B treatment
We always serve a small percentage of returning customers the default (non-personalized) experience as a control arm, so the SuperAdmin performance dashboard can show you the lift you’re actually getting on AOV + conversion. If a tenant’s lift is negative, the feature auto-pauses with a flag.
Cost
~PKR 0.10 per personalized render. Cached per customer for 30 minutes to avoid hitting the LLM on every page load.
