Driver dispatch

Three dispatch policies. Pick what fits your fleet.

Policies

  • Admin (default) — A dispatcher manually assigns each ready order to a driver. Best for small fleets where coordination is by sight.
  • Self-accept — Order is broadcast to all on-shift drivers in the branch; first to accept gets it. Best for larger fleets where the dispatcher would be a bottleneck.
  • Hybrid — Broadcast for the first 30 seconds; if no one accepts, fall back to admin assignment. Best of both worlds.

Driver app

Drivers use the same SPA on their phone. They go online / offline, see assigned + offered jobs, accept, and mark each step: en-route-to-pickup → picked-up → en-route-to-customer → delivered (with photo proof of delivery for delivery enforcement).

KYC + payouts

Driver KYC tracking (CNIC, license, vehicle photos) with a configurable grace window before docs are mandatory. Payout queue with minimum- balance gate (PKR 1,000 default, per-tenant adjustable).

Branch-scoped

Each driver belongs to a branch. Orders only offer to drivers in the correct branch, so a Tariq Road driver never sees a Clifton order.
