Driver guide

Drivers use the same SPA on their phone at <yourbrand>.khaonow.dev/driver. Sign in with the credentials the tenant admin sets up.

Onboarding

  • Phone-OTP verification
  • CNIC photo + vehicle photos (during the grace window, drivers can ride before all docs are uploaded — admin sets the window length, default 7 days)
  • Bank details for payouts

Going online

Toggle “Online” in the top bar. Until you go online, you don’t see offers and the dispatcher can’t assign you orders.

Receiving offers

Depends on the tenant’s dispatch policy:

  • Admin — dispatcher assigns you an order; it appears in your “Active” list. No accept/reject step.
  • Self-accept / hybrid — an offer card slides in from the top with a 10-second timer. Tap “Accept” or “Decline”. If you don’t tap, it auto-declines and offers to the next driver.

Delivering

Each order walks through: En route to pickup → Picked up → En route to customer → Delivered. The final “Delivered” step requires a photo of the food at the doorstep (proof of delivery) — the SPA opens the camera automatically.

Payouts

Your balance accrues per completed delivery. Once you cross the tenant’s minimum payout threshold (default PKR 1,000), tap “Request payout” — admin reviews and approves, money lands in your bank within 1–3 business days.

Coverage area

Each branch has a delivery radius set by the tenant. Orders only offer to drivers in the right branch, so you won’t get an offer for a destination 25 km away from your home branch.
