Admin guide

The admin panel lives at <yourbrand>.khaonow.dev/admin. Sign in with the credentials we set up at onboarding.

Layout

Sidebar: Dashboard · Orders · Menu · Branches · Promotions · Loyalty · Customers · Settings.

Dashboard

KPIs for the day: orders, revenue, top items, AOV, top-performing branch. Filter by date range (today, 7d, 30d, custom).

Orders

Live order board with status filters. Each order opens to a drawer: items, modifiers, customer, address, total, status timeline. Actions: accept, mark preparing, mark ready, cancel, refund (partial or full).

Menu

Three tabs: Categories · Items · Modifiers.

• Items is the busiest tab — add, edit, sort, archive items. The “Generate description” button is the AI menu-copy entry point.
• Modifiers lets you define groups (e.g. “Size”) with options (Small / Medium / Large) and per-option price deltas.
• Categories is for the menu’s section order on the storefront.

Branches

Add / edit / archive branches. Each branch has its own address, phone, opening hours, and (Growth+) KDS pairing.

Promotions

Coupon codes with type (FIXED or PERCENT), min order, max usage cap (global + per customer), expiry. Customer enters the code at checkout.

Loyalty

Earn rate, redemption rate, minimum redemption, max-redeem percentage, stack-with-promos toggle, master enable/disable.

Settings

Brand assets (Tier 1), SEO + favicon (Batch 1), hero + announcement (Batch 2), menu surfaces (Batch 3), photo gallery (Batch 4), behaviour tuning (Batch 5), conversion tooling (Batch 6).

Audit log

Every admin action is logged. Filter by actor, date, action type. SuperAdmin impersonation sessions are flagged with an impersonator_id on every row so you can tell when a support rep did something on your behalf versus when you did.
